HOW TO BOOK:
Simply detach and complete the form(s) in the Trip Brochure and send to the address below clearly stating your booking requirements. LMS Members may hand their bookings to Sandra Crawley or any committee member on Club Nights. If you do not have a trip brochure simply write to Sandra at the address below.
Alternatively you may send an e-mail with your requirements to ramoth150@aol.com, whichever method you choose you will be notified of seat availability.
Confirmation of booking will be sent upon receipt of your deposit.
If booking any child seats, please give the child/children’s age as it will be on the day of the excursion. Thank you.
HOW TO PAY:
For all excursions booked earlier than SIX WEEKS BEFORE the excursion date please send a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of £10 per seat. The balance must be paid FOUR WEEKS before the excursion is to be run – no payments will be accepted on the day.
You may, of course, send the full amount with your booking if you wish.
For excursions booked BETWEEN SIX AND FOUR WEEKS of the date of the excursion please forward the FULL amount when booking (or when e-mail confirmation is received).
Payment by bank transfer (BACS) is the easiest. Details are as follows:

CHILD FARES quoted apply to ALL children aged 5 to 15 years inclusive on the date of the excursion unless otherwise stated.
SENIOR CITIZEN FARES quoted apply to adults aged 65 years and above on the date of the excursion unless the venue we are visiting has other restrictions.
Many venues do not give age concessions at all.
ALL EXCURSIONS COMMENCE FROM THE FRONT OF CHESTERFIELD TOWN HALL
Rose Hill, Chesterfield unless otherwise stated. Car parking is available close by.
PICK UPS – STRICTLY EN ROUTE ONLY - can be arranged with the Excursion Organiser
PLEASE NOTE:
All the attractions etc. in the booklet are subject to availability at the destination. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that the excursions run as advertised, the Excursion Organiser and The Little Midland Society reserve the right to alter them should circumstances dictate and shall not incur any liability as a result of changes being made. All bookings are made and accepted on the understanding of and the agreement to the above.
Other than cancellations made by The Little Midland Society, ALL REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS, FOR WHATEVER REASON, MUST BE ADDRESSED IN WRITING TO THE EXCURSION ORGANISER AS SOON AS IT IS POSSIBLE TO DO SO.
THE ORGANISER’S DECISION IS FINAL IN CASE OF ANY DISPUTE.
Trips will only run subject to minimum loading.
In the case of cancellation due to insufficient numbers to make the trip viable any monies paid will be returned in full.
